    Negiyaki with Osaka’s Special Offal and Kujo Green Onions

    Our Negiyaki, a savory pancake, is made with Osaka’s special offal and freshly harvested Kujo green onions. The offal is simmered for half a day, and the green onions are hand-cut daily. We also use authentic Kimchi from the native area of Ikuno. It’s exquisite!

    This Negiyaki is loaded with the bounty of the sea, including shrimp, squid, scallops, oysters, and more.
