Our Negiyaki, a savory pancake, is made with Osaka’s special offal and freshly harvested Kujo green onions. The offal is simmered for half a day, and the green onions are hand-cut daily. We also use authentic Kimchi from the native area of Ikuno. It’s exquisite!
